      Hi Geoff,

To give you some additional information, as it now stands, we hope to be working with Geoffrey at Jarrow during the school day. We provide literacy groups for children struggling to read. I run a center for kids with learning disabilities here in Boulder, and we provide this service to Jarrow so that these kids get evidence-based intervention.

For kids with dyslexia, it is imperative that they receive evidence-based intervention. This involves using a multi-sensory approach which is proven to be effective with dyslexia.

I am more than happy to include you in any and all correspondence about your son. Right now, the group has not been confirmed with me by Jarrow, so no concrete plans are in place yet. Once they are, I can let you know. Our goal has been to have him in a very small group at Jarrow twice a week for one hour each time.

Please don’t hesitate to call me or email with any questions you have!

      Best,
      Deborah Kratovil
